The first year, 1995, Barb & Ken Olendzki were the planners.  They  planned, and executed a great, fun weekend at Devils Head Lodge, in Wisconsin.  Just one of the fun activities was a spirited drive in the Wisconsin country-side.  This picture was taken just after we had been ferried across a river (or lake).  We all got aboard without scrapping any of our low riding Loti.  The drive was fun, and as we drove through the actual Devil's Head Lake area, we came upon a big group of Boy Scouts who sure liked the sight, and sound of us all driving by.

A different year, in 2000, we visited the Galena, Illinois area....

One of our stopping points was at this lookout point in the Palisades Park between Savanna, and Galena.  As you can see from the center picture, Sue Herzog was happy to be there.  The attitude of the participants made the absolutely beautiful day even better!  As a 'side note' to the picture of everybody sitting, you might notice that Dennis Tobin had joined us.  He just happened to be in Galena with family, and thought that a fun drive with his Lotus friends would be just the way to spend a Saturday afternoon, and he was right!  Apologies to Carl Sarro, who is partially obscured by the shade.
